PS - The reason I didn't panic too much when I started to feel some symptoms after getting the H1N1 vaccine is because I thought I heard or read somewhere that that means you have a strong immune system. I don't know if it's true -- I just tried to do a Google search for information and couldn't find any -- if anyone knows whether it's true or not, let me know please!

I checked the Public of Health Agency Canada web site and found this tiny bit of information on side effects after getting the H1N1 vaccination:

"The most common side effects of the flu vaccine are soreness in the arm where the vaccine was given, sore or red eyes, itchiness and for some a mild fever.

Most people experience no serious side effects from the flu vaccine."

Here is the link to PHAC's site at http://www.phac-aspc.gc.ca/alert-alerte/h1n1/fs-fi-chronic-chronique-eng.php#s4
